4 Days Kibale National Park
Highlights: Chimpanzee trekking, nature walks, bird watching
Day 1- Arrival at Entebbe
Arrival at Entebbe airport and met by our tour guide. You will be transferred to your accommodation in either Entebbe or Kampala.
Meal Plan- No meals on this day
Day 2- Kampala to Kibale National Park (Approx 6hrs)
After early morning breakfast, drive to Fort Portal via Mubende town. You can choose to have a stop at Nakayima Shrine, a tree that is over 400 years old and is worshipped by local people. You will have a picnic lunch on your way and continue to Kibale. Arrive late afternoon and head to your accommodation for an overnight.

Day 3- Chimp tracking and Bird Watching
Wake up early in the morning and proceed to the park offices for a briefing before starting the Chimpanzee tracking. You will also see other primates like the Black & White Colobus monkey, Red tailed monkey, Vervet monkeys and Baboons. There are also different bird species and butterfly species in the park. Return to the lodge in time for a hearty breakfast. Later in the afternoon, you will have the opportunity of a guided walk-through Bigodi Swamp. This swamp is a home to approximately 325 bird species and birding is the major activity. You will see bird species like the Great Blue Turaco, Black Billed Turaco, and many more. In the evening, return to your accommodation for an overnight and dinner.

Day 04- Back to Kampala/Entebbe
Return to Kampala through Mubende district. You will have lunch enroute, arriving late afternoon in time for your international flight back home, or we can arrange an extra night for you at an extra fee.
